Yes he certainly did write this song. Enge has written many songs. He is such a wonderful man and great entertainer. He loves and respects all his fans and never stops letting us know how important we all are to him. I for one think he's the best singer out there. He did it the hard way and nearly died doing it. I salute him for following his dream and becoming the very legendary Engelbert Humperdinck.

Yes, ziqsue, I can tell you what CD it's on. It's called "Step Into My Life". It's a great CD with 16 songs. "I Gave You My Love" is also on here, and it's another song he wrote - very beautiful, too.

I just got the CD "Step Into My Life" and it is AWESOME!!! Another great song Humpy wrote - "I Gave You My Love" - is on this DVD but not in it's entirety. It is on the CD and BEAUTIFUL, sung with the deepest emotion just like this song.
