  • hes so inappropriate lol

  • 0.59 haha x

  • he looks like jonahh

  • hes the same actor

  • yeaah same actor, same with ja'mie

  • he is jonah n00b

  • fookin brilliant :)

  • hahahaha!! he checks off ugly :)

  • missed it

  • Check out Mr. G's evaluation form at :57. Ugly, Moderate or Above Average and he checks Ugly--LOL!

  • HAHA! "Does mom ever hit mom? At all?"

    TheWayTheTruth(dot)com

    FreeHovind(dot)com/watch

  • :O free hovind??? HAHAHAH! you gotta be kiddin' me! that charlatan??? HAH! nice one :P

  • Call him what you want but the information he has presented and spread has still yet to be refuted. What about the other site? Care to refute that?

  • :O you're kidding! there have been PLENTY of refutations of his whacked-out ideas! what about that "water shield surrounding the earth" theory? have anything to say about that??? HAHAHAH!!!!!!! i think even a casual reader of this comment would be like "water shield around the earth? what the HELL?"

  • ok, the other site (goes to the other site and sees a bunch of bible verses, blah blah...) :O VENOMFANGX??????? HAHAHAHAHAH! if you were looking for anyone stupider than hovind, you've won the prize, my friend :P

as for the "who created god" video, google "cosmological kalamity" for a BRILLIANT refutation of the kalam cosmological argument. it's full of holes! basically, in order to avoid a "petitio principii" fallacy, you need to demonstrate that it's possible...aww, just read it. hah!

  • ok, fine, if you really need a "translation" of that cosmological kalamity article, i'd be happy to provide you with one upon request. but in a nutshell, the kalam cosmological argument has a lot of trouble avoiding fallacies like petitio principii(begging the question/circular argument) and special pleading. basically, it's made of fail. :P if you read the article with an open mind, you'll realize that the argument needs work...

  • :O and a CHICK TRACT!?!?!? CLASSIC! *ROFL*

anyway, sorry for all the msgs, but this is just too good! :P

the whole "jesus fulfilled prophecy" thingy always makes me laugh. i like to say "frodo fulfilled prophecy in 'the return of the king' that was laid down in 'the fellowship of the ring'!" of COURSE the authors of a work of FICTION are gonna want the end to jive with the beginning! :P

btw, that "kalamity" article refutes the "infinity" part of the argument too. venom should do his homework.

  • The Water Vapor Canopy Theory is something Hovind claimed was simply a theory that he believed in. I don't agree with him 100% on everything but he has many good things to say. But I would believe the WVCT over the Big Bang Theory or Spontaneous Generation Theory just about any day. Here is a good site about it:

    Godandscience(dot)org/youngearth/canopy(dot)html

I don't claim that VFX is the greatest Creationist alive, but I do think he had some good things to say in that video.

  • spontaneous generation was refuted loooong ago; the fact that you equate it with the big band theory shows that you know nothing about science. come back when you've learned something.

  • hahah! oops! i meant "big bang theory"

the "big band theory" is the one that says "buddy rich's big band was quite possible the greatest big band ever" :P

  • argh! quite possiblY...hah

anyway, those "refutations" make some good points, i'll admit, and that one article isn't the perfect refutation of the kalam argument...still, the problem remains: even if you demostrate that the universe has a cause(which i'm sure you won't get much argument about), you still have to prove that it's a personal cause, and that's where all these arguments are sorely lacking. there's always some point where there's a "jump" from premise to premise(bald assertion).

  • Barker's "refutation" is far from brilliant and filled with holes. Here are a couple good refutations:

    geocities(dot)com/johjnpaupln/db-kalam(dot)html

    sguthrie(dot)net/barker_response(dot)htm

I don't spread the site for the chick tract on the page, or even so much the mentioning of prophecies at the end of the video, but so people will see the cosmological argument.

  • i read about as far as "impersonal causes do not brings things into existence"...uhhh...*cough cough* is there any proof of that? and as i continue to read, all i see are more bald assertions which have no evidence to back them up. EPIC MEGA MAJOR FAIL.

"an effect cannot have something which its cause doesn't"

that is patently false. have you ever heard of "emergence"?

    "intelligence cannot come from non-intelligence"

again, EMERGENCE. and, once again, PROVE IT.

why don't YOU try to? :P

  • The Bible isn't just 1 book, it's a compilation of 66 books with about 40 different authors. The oldest book in the Bible was written in about 1500 BC and the most recently written book in the Bible was written about 2000 years ago. That's about a 1500 year difference. The Dead Sea Scrolls confirmed these dates. There are also many accounts for Jesus and fulfilling OT prophecies outside of the Bible. Here is a brief video on that:

    youtube(dot)com/watch?v=rFWgGQsTE0U

  • the lord of the rings isn't just 1 book, it is a compilation of 3 different books with many different characters; the silmarillion confirmed these events. :P

maybe a better example would be the star trek series...a bunch of different authors, all writing about the same FICTION.

  • so, lemme get this straight...you think the earth is 6000 years old? you think we should bring back the death penalty for minor offences like adultery and "back-talk" to your parents? you think we should bring back the death penalty for NON-EXISTENT crimes like working on the sabbath? you think people should be tortured for all eternity for not believing in all this hogwash? you think that's just? moral?

    what do YOU believe?
