I honestly think that during WW2 killing everyone on Guam was the U.S.'s intentions. They heavily bombed the two most populated areas and waited for years, probably in hopes that the Japanese will kill the majority of people on guam so they can finish the rest off, to reestablish their navy dictatorship on guam. 1. Tether the island to the mainland
2. Station thousands of helicopters above the island and attach ropes to it to hold it up
3. Create thousands of jobs and recycle tons of styrofoam, which would be placed under the island to keep it afloat
4. The Lost solution: Move the island.
