Vikkoman's right 'bout that. But you should try its spiritual prequel Kid Kool on the NES then try its spiritual sequel Magical Hat no Buttobi Taibo Daibouken for Sega Megadrive. They're great games, plus it's pretty ironic to see Sonic in a Psycho Fox hack since the Sonic series borrows quite a few gameplay characteristics from Psycho Fox.

Oh man I would have freaked out if I saw this when I was a kid. I played the hell out of psycho fox, it took me soooo long to finish it. Also played all sonic games on the SMS, ah memories...

Ah, if you use the warpzones you can complete the game in about three minutes, theres a speedrun video on Youtube somewhere.

Yes, This game and Kid Kool are very similar.

This is a hack of the game Psycho Fox, just with Sonic.

There is also another game on the Genesis like this.

It is called Decap Attack.

Psycho Fox is a Master System game that is like Mario in many ways, you can obviously see it in the video above. Though Psycho Fox if being played right has a lot of extra things added into it to make it a very cool game aside from the Mario influence. If you see Psycho Fox give it some play.
