Guys, gifs are images not animations. Although they can be animated, not all software can handle an animated gif.

when you save as .gif, it'll come up with some options. change the resize to 100% (if you're using 3.0, if you're using 2.2.5 I don't think it'll work)

every one!!! when u upload save as movie file.. when it doesnt respond and that... just save your file in wwm then exit out of your page... and then open it again without clicking anthing else but opening your file and saving it as movie file!! it works for me 70% -30%

how do u check on ur pivot version

click "help" on the top bar and then click "about" and it should show a lttle window with the version info, or u could just look at ur stop and play logos, if the "play" button is green and the "stop" button is blue, then u have pivot 3.0 beta, if they're just grey with light blue out lines then u have most likley pivot 2.2.5

The only reason for that would be you started out with a low frame rate when animating. The little bar on the left hand side of pivot controls the FPS or frames per second. 6 is the default. You must have moved it down when animating. The .gif saving, with my tutorial, saves the .gif at 6 frames per second (viewing the animation directly from the .gif on the computer may vary depending on the set FPS on your computer.)

If you had pivot 2.2.5 first, your computer uses that as the default program to open .piv and .stk, which means only 2.2.5 .stk or .piv.

So, if you want to open any pivot 3 .piv or .stk, you need to open up pivot 3 dd modded or 3 beta and go to file and then choose if you want to open an animation or load an .stk

people if u get catasrtrophic error get a flash drive or removable hard drive, get the programs you used most and dont know where you got them, then re-install windows. plug in the hard/flash drive. put your stuff on the system. it should be fine. i mean with me i can make it fine but i really get slowed down because every time i opem WMM after i do a couple things it stops responding and says it needs to close. i will do that someday... i hope...
