I don't think of Gears as Space Marines. Partially because Sera is their HOMEWORLD, not Earth. And partially because Locust aren't Aliens, they are subterrainian native creatures that were there the whole time.

Gears really doesn't belong there.

@lokey478 Hell is constrained to the domains of earth and is populated by the souls of the damned, so its population would be the deceased evils of earth, so no it would barely register as a planets population.

Wait a minute... the Cogs are NOT space Marines. They never go into space or have anything to do with space, so they're just marines, and the Locust are not an alien invasion.

Everything else fits perfectly, but the CoGs make no sense.

Actually Ultramarines from 40k are one of the many Chapters of Space Marines in the Warhammer universe, Chapters are basically armies.
