Have "faith"? Are their some unstated religious connotations to this? Also:

"studying the ancient wisdom of The Masters and from her more than two decades of experience as a spiritual counselor"

I think this gives it away. Is it okay to use these techniques if I am an atheist?

Hmmmmm, I brought this book but I didn't get all the aura color stuff that she constantly mentions throughout the book. If that stuff was taken out of the book then it would have sounded all a lot more logical.

I loved her book. It was a fun, easy read packed with useful information and wonderful stories of people she has helped. I liked the exercises she recommends. I can use them to focus my thoughts in a positive way to achieve my desires.
