I remember whhen i first saw this episode. I was thinking, "Now, let's not jump to conclusions. Maybe Sir Theodore killed a dragonslayer and took the sword as a trophy." That makes sense, right?

Well you're sotta right. But in part 3 Sir Theodore said his father was a dragonslayer and he carried the guilt of those who were. So maybe you're right about the trophy part.
