yea back foot catch. advise: over stairs and stuff its a lot better if you catch em with your front foot. i use to catch them with my back and i sprung my ankle 3 times with it over a set. i lerned to catch them with my front and they are a lot better lokking, mroe control, easyer to do ect.

look at tony hawks trick tips. hes actually pretty good at flat. he can no comply tre, and hard flip. two things i cant do.

and his tre's arent good at all, but he can still do one. saw him warming up in x games, and he did a kickflip back nose blunt on a table set up on a pyrmad. it was pretty cool. i dindt know he could even like... tre. wow. haha.
