I actually miss it about 90% of the time. I can put my hands on the bar about 80% of the time, but I usually cant see the dang bar, I hadn't caught one of those in over 2 weeks before that winter cup.
Wow! congrats then for completing the skill in front of a live audience in competition, that's gotta feel good. For me it always felt like the opposite; that I would miss skills in competition that I could make in training.

Perhaps one day someone will do a double twisting Kovacs (full twisting Kolman, or full twisting Cassina if in the layed out position).
