She then gets hurt and he becomes crippled.

its starts out with this young girl 5 years ago who loved her teacher but the other lady teacher liked him too and got pissed at the younger girl because the guy liked her too. The little girl left a note for him to meet her in the art room but the lady teacher saw it first so she came and destroyed everything. That caused the fire when the younger girl was sleeping and when the guy tried to save her, she died and he turned somewhat crazy i guess.
As another nicer teacher and the two other old teacher realized it. Then came a new guy teacher that both the girl teachers liked and he liked the nice one and the other lady got jealous again and that night she came to strangle the nice teacher which she killed again. Then both guy teacher saw and everyone ran away. In the morning this girl saw and i guess they blamed her for the teacher death so she hung herself? I am not sure about that part. It is compilcated I know.
In dept, it explains the old relationship between the younger girl and the two old teachers (first comment). Then after the nice teacher got killed again, she came back as a new staff and all the three teachers realized it. so every five years she reincarnates as a new person to come back i guess. @kimtoa2 no, the guy with the burnt makes and the main girl knew each other since high school she liked him even then but because of the fire accident though he saved her life but he some how got brain damage, and she came back to the school to be a teacher and to see him at the same time, and that other teacher guy start liking her but he already has a girlfriend and his gf killed the main girl out of jealousy by strangling her they made it seem like she killed herself.

She really liked him, but I'm not sure if he did or not. Didn't really seem like he liked her. He gave her flowers and everything and then the day of the accident, she decides to hide in his place and give him a present. Surprise him. But he comes in and accidently starts a fire. She then gets hurt and he becomes crippled.

Just what I think: The guy who sells flowers knows the girl who was strangled in the beginning. The art teacher is the guy at (0:38) girlfriend/ wife/ whatever. okk, so from what i heard, this is about how that young girl liking that man. They both like each other. But that art teacher likes him. She sorta took him away form her. one day younger teacher went to his house and hid down. The art teacher came and knocked down the light lamb. there was oil or soemthing on the floor. But the younger teacher fell asleep and when the man came back, he lit a fire match but accidently dropped it. Leading to her death. After a few years she is back wit same face?

Okay, so it's like, a never ending cycle, but I don't think it has to do with reincarnation because the girl that screams in the beginning is the one hanging at the end.
But I think what the black and white scenes are trying to show is that this cycle has been happening ever since that time when the girl died in the accidental fire.
and I think the homeless man is the teacher from the previous cycle?

The reincarnation isn't possible as the "accident" took place a few years ago, while the teacher is older than the girl that first got killed.
I think it represents a chain, a wheel of destiny that people can't get out of... the art teacher is cursed to repeat her mistakes over and over again.. always ending in the same way... by destroying the man he loves, the woman she envies and by remaining without love.

its starts out with this young girl 5 years ago who loved her teacher but the other lady teacher liked him too and got pissed at the younger girl because the guy liked her too. The little girl left a note for him to meet her in the art room but the lady teacher saw it first so she came and destroyed everything. That caused the fire when the younger girl was sleeping and when the guy tried to save her, she died and he turned somewhat crazy i guess.
