XD well, it`s a kind of mixture of both countries XD

Germany cause of the names (Birgit) and the beautiful women and Norway cause of the blondes and the meatballs. We Germans (yes, I am from Germany XD) don`t like meatballs that much. A lot of Germans eat a lot of sausages and every German loves Sauerkraut. You`ll never find any German who doesn`t like Sauerkraut XD

It`s taste is hard to describe...it tastes a bit bitter and a bit spicy. The colour is white and it looks a bit like spaghetti. It`s made of a sort of salad called "Weißkohl" (spoken in english you can say it like "wise-coal" ^^) It`s really hard to describe without saying something stupid like "it tastes like Sauerkraut" XD...when you get the chance to come to Germany you should try it ^^ It tastes best with Bratwurst, gravy and potatoes ^^
