I believe the police do whatever they want no matter what and allow the courts to decide the legality of the search later. When we are searched illegally with no action taken how do we take action. IAD in small municipalities don't ever lead to a course of action because there is a brotherhood. Please go to my page and watch my story... I need help to fight.
