The USA just donated another 12 million dollars to Zim to fight cholera, above and beyond the the majority support the USA gives to the World Health Org. It really bothers you that we help these people; doesn't it?

Forieng AID now goes directly to the Orgaization who is providing the Aid because when Aid is channeled through the RBZ (the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe), it seems to disapear.
