While you have an amazing graphic card.

ATI Graphic cards are not optimized for PCSX2.

NVIDIA Graphic Cards work better.

Your CPU is very good.

which version of the gsdx plugin are you using?. When I play BTK3 with pcsx2 0.9.6 the background is flashing.

I played and recorded with fraps on real time this video in 1920 x 1080.

Then I encoded it to a x264 / mkv file.

I didn't captured it in 720p or resolution below to upscale in 1080p.

I use to encode my Fraps' videos to h264/.mkv videos files with MeGui or VirtualDub with x264vfw.

I'm using official PCSX2 0.9.6 with GDSX 890 included with it.
