depending on your height, id go with the everlast speed rope should be around 12.99. very fast very reliable. Perfect for beginners. Most Pro Boxers even use it. Good Luck bro

to start i would buy licorice ropes then if you want to get some good tricks beaded ropes are good because they show up better and someone can see want you need to do to get it

depends on what you plan on how much you will be using the rope, and what type of training you want to do, if your a beginner, go for a lighter rope, to build up confidence, and basically to practise, as you get more advanced, you can start to speed up, and increase your agility, and then start using heavier ropes if you wish to train harder, but its really personal preference, and lots of practice :)

There's one good Speed Rope I bought not long ago. I'm not sure but I think it's called The Oki Speed Rope. There are instructions inside and you can adjust the length. I bought it in a Skating Pro Shop.

I would believe that they can do a standard frog, or even a belch frog, but if they can do a Money Maker (aka Kamikaze Frog) like Nick is doing, then I would love to see it on video. A Money Maker means they start on their hands get the rope all the way around and land back on their hands. I could do a standard frog in about 6th grade, and I learned to do a belch frog a couple of years later. I've never come close to landing a Money Maker in 22 years of jumping. Plz send video.

Yes, lots of people can jump on their hands while doing a handstand and they typically only do it in double dutch ropes with other people turning for them. This is way more difficult than your standard single rope "Frog" where you simply do a hand stand and pull the rope under your feet before landing. The thing that is unique about the way Nick did this was that he was able to start on his hands and get his rope all the way around his feet and land back on his hands. I still can't do it.
