And there are still some of us who believe Parkour and Free Running are different. But I don' t feel like arguing that one.

Mmm, this is good freerunning, I do a lot of freerunning my self, But I can't run up walls, spin round to a front flip, and land facing AWAY from the wall, I can do all others, I just have difficulty preforming that one flip skill, do you have any tips on which to help we reach my goal and preform this flip trick?
