Clam shelters are cheap. Made in China. They use really cheap spray that after just a few uses develops pinholes that allows a ton of light through. I thought I did my research when looking for a good shelter and unfortunately I got screwed with a poor quality product. It took a year for my replacement and even though they said that it was the 2011 model, it looks exactly like the one I bought last season. If you are serious about fishing like I am, find a better product guys.
