  • 1:28 - 1:23 Here you are generally unsure of the pitch. I'm sure once you hear this you will fix it.

1:06 - 1:13 (See 1:04 - 1:14) also watch the octave jump, remember, clean! no notes in between!

    1:20 - 1:22 Don't change notes until it's time. Never anticipate a note change.

1:28 - 1:31 Remember you're not singing musical theater here. Quick note changes, nothing in between.

  • 1:38 - 1:43 Notes never "sit" they are always moving. While "holding" this note you allowed it to change pitch. The idea of movement will help you control this and hold true to your pitch.

Overall, I think you should work on, not anticipating pitches, moving quickly from note to note, and creating "blocks" of sound in your mind. Never spread in volume on each new word or syllable

  • If this wasn't at your best then I would love to hear you sound at your Best because you sound very nice here! I love baritone and your voice is beautiful. Keep it up, don't stop singing. I appreciate your enthusiam for classical music - that's wonderful and very rewarding! :) Have a great day!

  • @ReginaMuse93 Thanks! I have loads of singingclips on my channel, if you'd like you can check them out

    Tobias

  • @HerrWarja I definitely will do that!

  • Well I am no singer at all..but niceley done again ..

I wish such someone like you live close to my house ^^ haha would be a lot of fun to experience music together for sure .. it is rare to find younger people that have give there soul to classic music... and I think you did that .. very nice .. keep going !

  • Hi man! As I told you some time apart, exercise on the major and minor scales because you are often out of peech, and this depends on your ear training :D

And exercise on easier pieces :) best

  • *pitch*

  • @MisterPapageno Oh yes yes I know! It is important, but for me the music is more important. I am not trying to impress ju, I sing because I want it, and because of the beutiful music of Händel and other composers. Better intonation will come in time, and I have already achieved alot on that point.

  • @HerrWarja Singing for pleasure is one of the most beautiful things you can do and keep on doing that.

My advice are given considering the possibility you want to have a carreer in singing, cause you have an interesting voice, and I tell you these things cause many singers, and famous ones too, fire their voice doing such coloratura repertoire not having fully developped their voice (emissione, projection, volume, dynamics) and in 3-4 years the voice is completely gone or airy :(

  • @HerrWarja So keep enjoying singing but preserve your voice for a future (if you want).

At last, it's true: your intonation is better than the other pieces :)

Singing is lot of hard work in time, but it always repay!

    Best :)

  • @MisterPapageno Yes I would very much like to be a professional, but I would also be satisfyed to sing as an hobby. As long as I have music in anyform I would be happy. Thank you. i will keep working. Have sung loads os scales today acctually!

  • @HerrWarja they'd be never enough :) best wishes then! :)

  • @MisterPapageno Yes, thank you!

  • @MisterPapageno Okey, I will do that.

  • Helt klart imponerande!

  • @Mumriken Tjena, tack så mycket! Fortsatt gott 2011!

  • hahaha fint =)

  • @SVERIGE1907 hahaha tack =)

  • Talangfulla jävel! :o

  • @lillabloggen Tack! :D

  • Hi, Tobias! Here is my friend's opinion again (in next comment) :D

  • @alinovruzov : "Yes, he's concentrating more, and it's good he found an accompanist--though this slow piece doesn't really suit him as well as the previous one. Definitely he has some troubles with breath control that he and his teacher will have to work on, and he couldn't quite locate the high note. You'll notice his sound is sort of spasmodic, like an unpredictable water faucet; that's the breath control problem. It's good to see how hard he is working, and I'm sure he'll improve."

  • @alinovruzov Interesting how you friend feels that. I feel quite at home with these slow pieces. I know my breathing isn't good. I guess she is refering to the figures around measure 12-13. Since I'm not so good it is impossible to do that entire figure without one breathing. I think I hid it kinda good hear anyway. Thank you anyway. I will work even harder to improve more.

    Sincerly,

    Tobias

  • @HerrWarja She is 'too strict as a teacher' - perhaps that is why she is not a teacher :) - and she studied voice, so I guess she has to feel that.

BTW, if you want - it is up to you, you can give me the link of your performance which you think is the most representative of your talents and I'll ask her to comment on it.

  • @alinovruzov Well I will sing fast at a concert in the 18th and I guess that will go pretty well. I will sing Papagenos arias from Die Zauberflöte. I'll try and record it.

    Send her my thanks,

    Tobias

  • @HerrWarja Wow, congrats! Good performance!

  • @alinovruzov Are you refering to this or my future concert? I am comfused. Hard to tell since it hasn't happened yet, but I am exited for it.

  • @HerrWarja Well, I wanted to say - Have a good performance! Though this performance of yours is also a good one :)

  • @alinovruzov Thanks! I will make the Papageno one. I even have a Papageno-flute and will most definatly act out the role aswell.

I vart fall... bra sjungit o LYCKA TILL i framtiden o GOTT NYTT ÅR!

  • @TheSpookyManOfSweden Aha ok, tack, men jag kan inget om sån teknik. Jag kanska många kuddar i rummet, får la bli fler nästa gång då.

    Gott nytt 2011! :D

    Tobias

  • Bravo

  • Quel beau garçon! Mais contre-ténor par ca nature! Bravo! AV

  • @ALEXISVASSILIEV Thank you Alexis, but you are wrong at one point. I am not a countertenor by nature. I saw a fabolous docuemtary with Andreas Scholl and he said that if you are not comfortable singing as a countertenor you shouldn't sing it. And by the way my falsetto isn't enjoyable to listen at. This is my natural and comfortable voice.

    Happy New Year!

    Tobias

  • My goodness you have a deep voice! Good job on this.

    chris
