Yes ofc you can OC it. Depends of the stepping of your CPU how it goes... C2 or C3 you know. With C2 stepping ppl usually achieve about 3800-3900. And with C3 stepping CPU it clocks up to 4GHz-4300MHz stable on air, which is quite nice improvement between the revisions. Use a program called CPU-Z and you will see lots of info about your setup.
And don't forget to push your NB frequency HIGH, it gives you lots more FPS in games.
