Barry Sanders with Emmitt's O-line = crazy untouchable numbers. Too bad Barry played for such a terrible organization. He might have passed Payton in 9 seasons.
ESPN Barry Sanders the best East/West runner in NFL history. Emmitt Smith the best North/South runner in NFL hstory. Too bad for Barry the end zone is North/South . . .
barry sanders Super Bowl rings? ZERO! barry sanders MVP? ZERO barry Sanders all time quiter . .one! Emmitt is the all time rushing leader! NO COMPARISON!

Emmitt was the most successful RB in NFL history, period. Keep hating though, it's hilarious... especially when you try arguing that a heartless QUITTER like Barry Sanders was better than the guy with every career rushing record, 3 Super Bowl rings, an MVP and a Super Bowl MVP. BAHAHAHA!
Emmitt couldn't quit, he was a washed up, over rated pile of dung that couldn't beat your mom in a race. Barry went out on top with grace and would still use Emmitt in ANY skills challenge.
Emmitt never quit? He was used up, never had any speed and could only fall over for 2 yds after getting hit. Just because your line is so good that you don't get touched until you've gained 5 yds doesn't make you great. Nice avg. go away.

barry sanders quit out of respect for his father who didn't want to see him surpass payton as the league's all-time leading rusher.

He hung on the last 4 years of his career simply to pad his numbers. Talk about pathetic, look at him in a Cardinals uniform haha.
