No matter what anybody says this arc will always be one of the most epic arcs of the entire series because of the emotional power and the sheer epicness that this arc had was spot on. Kishi did a great job with this arc in the manga and Studio Pierriot is doing an even better job with it in the anime!
@TheTruthIsGonnaHurt I agree i was really close to crying while watching this special in the anime but i didn't (most likely because i have the volume this flashback occurs in and i've read it in the manga a lot), even so i teared up. Kishimoto literally blows away all of the haters who say that he is a big troll with this one flashback. NARUTO FTW!

Kishimoto is a genius he is the only mangaka that has made me cry when he killed off one of his characters Oda has only made cry over a characters death like twice lol! I'm on Fullmetal Alchemist not Brotherhood and i am in love with it the story is perfect i really can't find anything wrong with it the story is so complex and so are the characters. I passed the part where we learn that Izumi's son is a Homunculi, and Ed just killed Greed a few episodes ago...

@FullmetalX4 I think i just watched a Filler episode though because it was the one where Lust, Envy, and the fat little cannibal Homunculi (i forget his name a lot lol) spread a disease through a town and destroyed it and at the end of the episode Ed, Winry, and Al found the town and it ended right after that. Like i said i think that episode was a filler.

@FullmetalX4 I'm really looking forward to Brotherhood i can't wait and are the voices different in FMA and Brotherhood because i saw part of episode 3 of Brotherhood and Al sounded different his voice was more soft and not as distinguished is it the same with other characters? Yeah i guess but the fact that he stole Ed's arm and leg and has the audacity to mock Ed for the reasons why he sacrificed his limbs just really pisses me off and the whole innocent act just gives me the creeps.
@opnarutofan117 Well if you mean Dubbed then most of the actors are still the same for Brotherhood, there are some new one's/replacements but you'll grow to love them. ^-^ I'll admit that did piss me off but you gotta keep watching to understand Wrath's true nature in the end, he can be a brat but he's still a kid. OH BTW when you have some spare time you should watch this 80's Anime film called "AKIRA". Kishi was also influenced by it, i HIGHLY recommend you see it cause Akira is a masterpiece!

OH AL has a new voice, his old one from FMA reached puberty and couldn't voice him anymore (which is sad cause i like his voice). Yeah Al's voice isn't bad but it just caught me off guard because he sounded so much younger but it suits him really well. As for Gohan i love his Kai Dub, because it fits Kid Gohan's character he sounds more like a little kid in the Saiyan Arrival Saga than he did in DBZ, as for Teen Gohan he sounds too gentle as a Super Saiyan 2 in the DBZ Kai Dub but its not too bad.
