great video, totally agree. The problem is that the cops know that the law says (rather stupidly) that raising your voice to an officer is an arrestable offence. The world has gone nuts. All American police officers should be forced to watch a show from New Zealand called Police Ten Seven.

You can probably find it on youtube.

They have a fairly unique method. Not good cop/bad cop but more "polite cop/more polite cop".

They have a fair amount of success with dealing with drunken behavior.

I basically agree with what you said, but technically I don't know if we do have the right to act irate towards police. Technically, they probably were allowed to arrest him...not saying I think it was a smart arrest though.

What do you think about Obama going back on his original comment?

Cops don't have a right to arrest a person who is yelling at them. It goes against the whole freedom of speech. If the guy was making a verbal threat to him- that is something completely different.

I agreed with Obama's first comment- I think the cop did act stupidly.
