No...thats wrong...scholarship indicates that the "original Arabic form of the Quran" is the same as when it was revealed....and it has been proven...we have 2 remains of 1400 year old Qurans in the museum of Istanbul at turkey and they are the same word to word as the Arabic Quran today. scholars have checked.

@leland61, Quran is the only book on the face of the earth that's unaltered word for word for over 1400 years. A paper copy of Quran compiled during lifetime of 2nd Caliph Usman R.A is available in Istanbul Museum in Turkey. Not only that Quran is being memorized from beginning till end word-for-word by 1000s of people called Hafiz for generations. This is simply bcoz its very easy to understand and memorize even by a Non-Arab due to its poetic dialect.

1. You cannot say "it has been proven" without referencing the proof, or else it doesn't mean anything.

2. The article does sufficiently discuss why it could not have been written by another arab. The only things it really says is "why would somebody speak in an authoritative tone if they were not divine?" to which i can think a 5 year old could answer, also "people back then were impressed". SO WHAT?? How does that even address why it wasn't written by a talented person?? What utter bullshit!
