It's lyrics from a COGIC Hymn the verse is "you can't just join in it, you must be born in it into the Church of GOd in Christ" meaning you don't just join the church as you would a club or fraternal order but in order to be in the body of christ you have to be born again. Having a new life with Christ nothing to do with being physically born in. What Jesus was telling Nicodemus in Saint John 3:3.

We were born in sin and shaped in iniquity, but when we accepted the blood atonement of Jesus to wash away our sins and iniquities we then receive the Holy Ghost John 20:22 . We need to be baptized in the Holy Ghost for power for there is a difference between Having the Breath of the Holy Ghost and being filled with the Holy Ghost. I believe all believers have the breath of The Holy Ghost, but those who grow in faith and obedience when they ask shall be filled with the Holy Ghost.
