Hi Raissa - muitos agradecimentos a você! I hope that says "many thanks to you!" in Portuguese. I love Brazil and the music, although I visit there only in my mind!
Thanks for listening, Basso. I no longer have the guitar, but it was an Almansa model 447F flamenco. Solid cypress body and solid spruce top. Usually about $1200 US if you buy a new one.
Thanks for your fast reply. Last week I got a 447C Flamenco for testing. In fact I did not like it so much, the guitar has no volume. Your recording sounds much better. Besides I got a 459C, different woods and higher price, but not satisfying too. It seems that you don't get really good quality with mass produced mid priced guitars.
To Cos: Thanks for your comments. I freely interpret the rhythm, and sometimes the melody,in this piece. I have heard several professionals and non-professionals play it, all Brazilians, and each of them interpreted it freely and differently: Paulo Bellinati, Marco Pereira, Badi Assad, and a Brazilian player I met at a guitar seminar whose name I don't remember. I have also heard Roland Dyens play it live. Also, I often alter certain chords, especially the V chord. Thanks for listening.
First of all- The solo in the first part (Do Si La Sol Fa Re.....) is 1\32 a note and not 1\16, you should play it twice faster. Secondly, when you return to the main melody of the first part, you should play it like Do Si Do Fa Mi La unlike the first time you play Do Do Si Do Fa Fa Mi La...
Please read kingraffa's question again, "what model is the guitar?", My answer: "an Almansa flamenco guitar". I'm quite familiar with the difference between flamenco music and Brazilian choro.

Shaolinchan32 2 years ago
Thank you, Shaolinchan. The Almansa 447 is a flamenco with a golpeador. I think it has a good sound. It's not expensive, about $900 US.

That's a very nice piece by Garoto. I didn't know this one. Do you play other stuff by him? Are you using Paulo Bellinati's edition?
And last but not least: Is that a custom-made cushion you're using on your leg?
