My medical malpractice lawyers Lubin and Meyer in MA lied to me and said they had filed a case when they had not and ruined my chance to file in a timely fashion. So, ridiculous is relative. They ruined any chance I had of finding other counsel in time for the statute of limitations. Willful disregard for the client, lack of due diligence, lack of a whole lot of stuff. Watch TV for more.
