There is a glitch for the default sms where after you send a text your phone stayes awake even though the screen is off and your phone is locked. It is still running at 100% power. Download handcent sms and disable the default sms and turn your phone off then turn it back on and do not ever touch the default sms and your battery life will improve 10 fold! there is someone on the sprint hero forums discussing this method in detail! Its amazing how much more battery you get!

under moderate use, it lasts me until like 6 pm under heavy usually dies at like 2 pm but i mean its definatly not any worse than the iphones battery

Not only that but Sprint's $69 unlimited plan has way more value. iphone users must pay much more each month..

I have the Hero. The EVO4g is too bulky and big for me. I would like to see Sprint get the HTC Legend....or another device 3.7inch screen size and under. I think they backed out on the Nexus...Damn!
