@lastXIII Knowing how to say "My name is________" or calling someone a bastard in Japanese doesn't constitute "a lot". You learn very few phrases in Japanese via anime or any other media. The best use for Anime, J-Dramas, Music, etc. is pronunciation practice. You can't understand syntax from watching Naruto turn into 30 clones.

Not trying to be mean, just being honest. Also, there's nothing wrong with enjoying dubs. They can be just as good and it's nice to not have to read all the time.
