Good luck on your three peaks challenge, its about time I get back to our lovely local mountains. Haven't been there for, um, 10 years, bugger I feel old and fat!
@Cade57 I thought I'd reply to your comment... time has passed, I'm still going to the gym, did the 3 peaks, no problem. Now down to do the grueling Welsh 3000 (16 peaks over 3000 ft in Snowdonia in one day - in June). So now I'm very much thinner, in rude health and feeling well, all thanks to this malarchy. Soon be spring - give it a go!
The bird doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Beautiful scenery. Wow, could the path be any more uneven? What's it made for, tanks? Anyway, good to see you getting exercise. I plan on filming in our nature preserve sometime this year.
@ToppervisionEnt The bird - a Skylark, the music - The Lark Ascending - subtle stuff you know. Yeah, the paths, worn down over many years of trekkers - before that drovers and pack horses going back to medieval times. In fact, one of those hills was a bronze age hill fort - so a lot of traffic down the years! I look forward to seeing some of your locality :)
@alanstarkie2001 Ha ha, embarassed I didn't notice the song relation. That's the kinda thing I would do. Oh yes, I'd love to tour Europe because of it's history. Your history goes waaaay back. Ours does not.
Yes you'll love Florida nature trails, but camera appears to be broken! D'oh!
I have an Edale Chinlry clip and todays Ladybower to Edale clip up. Lovely place for walking

We did the Lose Hill to Mam Tor walk last week and as tiring as it was it was worth the view at the top of Lose Hill.

I have trouble climbing the stairs of my house mate. You have inspired me a little though.
