hey spyder, nice system, did you have to get a different diffuser or is that the stock one? my e36 has an opening for only one pipe so i gotta start looking for options
thanks man, its the stock diffuser, the pipes stick out a little bit due to the fact that the exhaust is made for an M3 diffuser but every thing bolts on real easy and sounds good too! i know there are a few sites that sell aftermarket diffusers for the non M models
this system rocks that is if u like it loud, and it sticks out a lil bit, its not bad cause if it were i wouldnt have kept it on my car, but id say like 3 maybe 4 inches past the valence its not bad.... but u could always go with an m3 rear and make it look all flush
How loud is it? Is it loud to the point where even if you're trying to drive quietly you'll wake up the neighbors? How about cruise control at 65MPH? Will it give you a headache? I know it sounds good if you're ripping it, but is it livable for day to day driving? Thanks :)
well it depends i guess... in the vid the exhaust wasnt fully broken in... now its got a much deeper tone to it, and it is loud when you are driving around town... but when you are doing 65 and cruising u dont notice it at all... it has a nice rich sound... when i drive home from school i do like 80-90mph and i can barley hear it, but when you get on it you can...

i'm thinking about getting this system. does it stick out past the rear bumper a lot? i can't tell from the video.

i thought of that, but i didn't want to spend my money on appearance. i would much rather put my $ towards performance stuff if i can.
