I think this says something about martial arts in the future. That Worf, with all his training, the move he busts out to hold off two opponents is to grab them both by the shirt, and then hold them at arms length. Just hold em there, not do anything, just hold em by the shirt.

But the human crew members are even worse BECAUSE IT WORKS. They can't seem to break free of what has to be the dumbest Martial Arts hold in the history of the universe.
