Diversity is great. But you should know that there's a difference between SOMETHING YOU HAVE and SOMETHING YOU TRAIN. I'd prefer talent as something you have.

With a numbers of training and see many dance from internet as literature, baam ! you'd be like diversity. Thousands of training will make NO a voice as "color" as Susan Boyle.

What would you say if most (all ??) boys' face are ugly ? will you see them as good as now?

Wrong, Talent is something that you train, so basically is the same if you train alot you gain the talent, susan boyle sing good yes, but not that WOW, i agree with "theMRsquash" with the look everyone though she was going to sing horrible, but not she sings good, , this guys, have talent, and they train too, also you cant compare "dance" with "sing" is not the same -_-

susan was not that good the only reason why she was lade a fuss of was the fact that she was fuck ugly, never had a boyfriend and was wierd as fuck, and turned out to be a good-ish singer, she was just over rated.

I don't really understand the big fuss. I came to look at the group because I'd heard a lot about them, they won, etc. But while they're perfectly good, I wouldn't say they're amazing. The dance has some creative parts, but it's not that impressive or "genius" as some describe it/the choreographer. Not a patch on Susan.
