When I was 8, I'm was annoying girls and making kissy faces at them. If only I had known about the cello then my skills would have grow tremendously. I hope this kid will be a success and kick Yo-Yo Ma's ass. Keep up the good work!

@Booky868 I agree. He is doing amazingly for an eight year old. He surpasses my expectations of what someone his age should be able to do. However, the sound quality was slightly harsh for this piece.

Well I think that was great. I have played cello for about 8 and a half years now and I know this is not an easy piece, even for someone like me who has played for years. Great job! @elphabastwin I'd rather have a student who plays like that than one who had a fuzzy tone. It is easier to teach someone to be less aggressive than to teach someone who is too passive how to be aggressive. This kid is going to be great!
