  • total cannabis deaths EVER: 0

  • you and your video suck

  • I love how smoking weed has changed me- I just hate who I am when I'm stoned. I don't know how long or much you smoked, but the longer you go the stronger the relationship you develop with Mary Jane. She has been the one and only love of my life. There is no use having all this powerful knowledge if smoking weed burns you out to much to apply it- and that is what has happened to me. If only I can quit, I will have it all- a wonderfully enhanced life of beauty and understanding.

  • @purplepowderpunch Some folks are just meant to be stoned all the time. If that's you, then embrace it. Suffering comes from believing that what is, is not enough. What you wrote was really heart-felt. Just ask yourself: WHO is it that "loves how smoking weed has changed me," but "hates who I am when I'm stoned"? That One is the ever unchanging, perfect, beyond all description Self, and that is who you really are, always are, whether stoned, sober, awake, asleep – no matter what you "do."

  • @purplepowderpunch you need to learn to stop typing

  • I have a much easier time dealing with sober society when I am not stoned. And that is my karma- to participate, not to be a passive stoner. It is no way to live for extensive periods of time. I have tried many drugs and no other has had such a drastic effect on my personality. Weed is not to be fucked with. Like you say, it is a tool to be smoked at most a few times a week. Or at least only at nights, but right now I am smoking a half ounce a week and I am a slave to it all day.

  • I hope to one day live life in the all powerful cosmic consciousness. Flowing in the current of the Tao as they say. Or as I say, going with the flow of the physical laws which underlie everything. Before that happens I know I need to quit smoking weed- something I have tried many times and failed at. The wisdom we have gained from this plant will never leave us. But I have become so disfunctional to society I believe that this addiction is destroying me. I was not meant to be isolated like thi

  • I have missed out on plenty of money, pussy and other sought-after objects of the male ego because of marijuana. My ego protests a lot but I am in the process of destroying it through yoga and intellectual persuits. I am in search of meaningful relationships, but it is hard because I can't present myself properly to sober people when stoned. I am a compassionate being. How can I deal with sober people I am so beyond mentally, they seem like robots with no higher awareness at all.

  • I have missed out on plenty of money, pussy, and other sought-after objects of the male ego because of marijuana. I am a compassionate being in search of meaningful relationships which are difficult to find when the plant I have formed an alliance with is completely misunderstood in this society. I feel like I am often just seen as a shy guy, maybe even a little weak minded. I am not always cool with this, but I realize it is because of my ego fighting back at times... which I am cool with.

  • It sucks being an ego and that is why I love to blaze. There is always something to desire no matter how much an ego has, and this leads to continuous suffering. Smoking weed shows me that life is pointless and I may as well chill out and enjoy myself. The only thing I desire when stoned is wisdom. I also loved something you were quoting in another video about how marijuana destroys male ego dominance traits, which scared the male ego into criminalizing it- I totally agree with this.

  • I really agree with a lot of what you are saying in these videos. I too am a stoned thinker, completely addicted and lost because of it. It can make me lazy or it can stimulate me intellectually, but I think on average it doesn't affect my energy levels. I managed to get a degree in Engineering Physics while stoned for 4 years straight anyway.

It got me into eastern mysticism, well there were other substances involved but it was mostly weed.

  • What has become an innate desire to alter my consciousness is pretty hard to rationalize. But I too love to expand my outlook on life and incorporate new world views into my personality, as I am unsatisfied with the capitalist way of life lived by most people. It is all an illusion enforced by social constructs, language and culture we are born into. Smoking weed takes me outside of my ego, it totally depersonalizes me and puts me in a peaceful state of mind. I am always content when stoned.

  • erm, you don't roll up family members into a joint and burn them?

  • PLEASE .. Watch Out For The Contaminated GRIT WEED !!! .... It WIll Fuck You Up,,, If Your Bud Is Sparkly,, If It Crunches IN Your Teeth,,, Don't Smoke It !!!! Bring A CD With You And RUB THe BUD On The CD,, If It Scratches The CD,, It Is GRiT, SO DOn't Buy That SHITT !!!! PLease Re POst This On EVery Weed Related Video You Find !

  • Ireally suggest you should download and watch the movie Botany of Desire. its has tons of really good back round information on our cannabis human relationship.

  • what a stoner

  • man it would be awesome to smoke with you

  • Well thought out and well executed video. I too have always been curious as to why i find the effects of cannabis pleasurable, and exploring this question rather than ignoring it has yielded (for me at least) valuable insights. Keep on man!

  • You're going to turn out like Jim Ignatowski before you hit 30.

  • Comment removed

  • haha " when im reading or writting" don't worry man....lazy people are lazy.....with or without weed.....

A LAZY PERSON WILL BE A LAZY SMOKER AND A PRODUCTIVE PERSON WILL BE PRODUCTIVE

  • "there's no reason to get high" -u have never had a really shitty job I suppose?? :p keep it up just stay away from rastafarism the dreads would look 2 big on u !! ;-)))) (lol)

  • "Marijuana makes it harder to do the things that you don't want to do" - Joe Rogan

  • @freaks182 I do my homework all the time

  • Once you got HIGH, I realized that I was to LOW to relate or understand what you were talking about....

  • man you have a lot of problem in your life sorry man you ok?

  • I think the Cannabis experience, whether it is a body buzz or head buzz, cost just a lot of energy. If I take a lot of Hemp seed oil, like 5 big spoons, at munchies this lazy after feeling is not there. The combined Hemp seed oil and Cannabis after experience gives me a sort of pleasant relaxed but going feeling. I feel relaxed, but I start to do the dishes, or hike, or do the papers. To me the more I smoke the more this laziness becomes incontrollable, even with Hemp seed oil.

  • And, I also believe that you can do it without Cannabis, and that is the true way.. Cannabis is like a shortcut

  • One experience is that I almost got my third eye open while mediteting and smoking... Thought I was going all the way to enlightment... Then the joint stopped working, or the effects dropped... I begain to think more, and all those thoughts lured me back to "normal" but I could see through some of the thoughts, the reality behind... and then I became more enlightened I felt. and I can remember how it was... Now I know what is behind, and I also know it is possible to go beyond that...

  • @1nqual i dont know ONE person that is like that. i can smoke for a whole week then not for a month with no "withdrawl". i have control over it, ive been addicted to real drugs and id do it whenever i had it without caring. i only smoke weed when its appropriate so stop bein an idiot

  • Injoy your videos you gonna post any new ones anytime soon? Intelect is something I enjoy seeing shared with the world god knows we need it

  • @1nqual It sounds like you have a dependency, which is all in your head. You're addicted to weed like some people are addicted to sex. There's no such thing as marijuana addiction, and that's all I have to say. Peace.

  • @1nqual Of course you can relate to them. It's a marijuana addiction forum. No matter what you claim to have experienced, I stand by my opinion that there is no such thing as actual "marijuana addiction," where one physically HAS to have it.

  • @1nqual Whatever it is, the people who deal with it make up a fraction of a percent at most, as opposed to your "10 percent." And yes, I know how hard it is to stop. It's not very hard at all for someone like me. And almost all of my friends smoke pot. And crippling dillusions and paranoia sound a lot like schizophrenia to me, so I wouldn't doubt that theres some kind of history there.

  • @1nqual I've gone months, man. And I know that a small percentage do deal with this. I guess this means you have a family history of schizophrenia, which explains your situation. Sorry to hear that, bro.

  • @1nqual I've done research on weed. I wouldn't smoke it if I didn't know what I was putting into my body. And what you said made ME laugh out loud. Crippling dillusions and night terrors just because of some weed? Sounds like schizophrenia, bro.

  • @1nqual No, I'm telling you that you aren't strong-willed, like I stated in my original post. You obviously developed a mental dependency on marijuana, and because of that you thought you were addicted, even though it's as easy as telling yourself you don't need it. Mental dependency can't cause physical reactions. It's just not possible. Maybe you were more irritable or couldn't sleep as well as you normally could, but these could hardly pass as "withdrawals."

  • @1nqual Fortunately, that's not true. Because the thing about pot is that it's not physically addictive in any way whatsoever. That's why there is no such thing as a "marijuana withdrawal." I find it very hard to believe that you had a harder time quitting marijuana than quitting vicadin.

  • I never really get lazy, I've smoked a lot of different types, and I feel like I want to run a mile, I did try Grandaddy purp kush and that was the one thing that got me to the point where I just wanted to eat pop-tarts and find "dark political references" in Spongebob. Hahahaha. I love life. Im subbing, this is interesting stuff.

  • hahaha you looked high as shit

  • well yer smoke sativa in day and indica at night, depends on the user and if you are allways thinkin like that when ur high than dnt smoke

  • i use cannabis as somewhat of an adhd suppressent because i does help my grades (im 13) alot i started about 3 months ago and my grades have gone up two letters i become more involved with my work and i have quit taking my medicine becausei think this may be healthier and i have very deep thoughts now unlike before this 3 month period i consume it like 5 days a week sometimes every day or twice a day but there is a noticable difference

  • interesting video, smoking is actually good for you as long as you don't smoke too much.

  • any amokers out there got panic attacks that makes you feel like your having a heart attack??

  • i have had panic attacks rarely, usually when i have shit to do that is important to me and instead of doing that i get high.

  • you can't get addicted, it's more of a mental addiction more than a physical one.

  • put me down as impressed!

  • yeah you can get a minor addiction to weed, but you dont need it. its like getting addicted to icecream , or sleep. it makes you feel good. but the only real reason people think theyre addicted to weed is because of lack of self control, or that theyre using it for the wrong reason like lifting your mood when youre sad. then you might want it again. just go out on a nice day and smoke some with your friends. have a good time. you dont have to rely on it.

  • weed IS pretty addictive, when i was a kid me and my friends smoked all day everyday, and if we couldnt get any or had no money, i would get depressed and fucking hate being alive. i quit weed 3 years ago and have just started using every now and again once a month or so, much better.

  • I think that's because you were just a weak-minded kid who developed a dependency on weed. As long you know that theres nothing addictive about the stuff, you can always quit if you have to. I've proven this myself many times. Every once in awhile, I'll have to quit for a few weeks. And I've quit and remained happy and fine, then started back up when I could. It's not any more addictive than video games, sex, or gambling are.

  • Not really, caffiene is more addictive. THC causes no physicals withdrawals, only a tiny bit mental, and you get over it in like 3 hours. You can't put weed anywhere near other drugs like alcohol, opiates, amphetamines, cocaine etc. Those are the real problems.

  • my biggest problem with weed was motivation.....but i did smoke wayyyyyyyy 2 much. i used 2 smoke 2-3 cones per session and about 6 sessions a day so around 12-15 cones a day.....i think if u smoke 2 much its bad but if u can control it then its ok.

  • I used to be addicted to it. I know what you mean by what you say when you say it makes you feel safe, at home, comfortable, and calm.

  • You should try smoking a sativa cannabis strain then you won't be lazy cause there are sativa strains that don't give you that stoned couch lock feeling just a energizing head high

  • @ryanwalman Now that's what I'm interested in trying, something more on the sativa side. If I extract the THC to make brownies with would the high be the same with the sativa?

  • Thumbs up for being down to Earth, bro.

  • Just a little theory. Everyone is different and I don't mean to make assumptions. I just have a feeling what I'm saying will resonate with you on some level

  • I think the very intellect that allows you to study yourself & the nature of your marijuana use with such insight is likely at the root of your urge to smoke- to quiet your mind. I smoked every single day (not missing a day) for a very long time. I feel like I've come to realize that my habitual use was tied to a desire for the kind of safety and certainty that comes with a quiet mind and an inactive lifestyle. It might be a comfortable way to live but it's rooted in a fear of your own potential

  • the only dff i see pre burrotto and post burrito is that you smile a lil more post

  • your right. why do people stress out so much about this? just live, and enjoy what you do, no matter if you smoke or don't. just calm down jeezze.

  • Obviously, this bears a question of what is the difference between constant use and consistent use. The word consistent sounds and is supposed to be more positive, but I also feel that consistent use demands more discipline. To perform consistent use of a drug you must almost do what a pious christian may do, keep yourself from wanting and satisfying. I have to trick myself, so not to be seduced by myself for the plant. I do the same with sugar products, and I resist satisfaction in between.

  • Revelations come from comparison. Bread always tastes better when your starving, and the same goes for cannabis. One doesn't get addicted to cannabis, but he or she may have a great desire to do it constantly. This is where the trick and the trap lies, what separates you from the "pot-heads" and makes you a psychedelic technician. The trick is to not gain a tolerance for the drug, but to stretch the time between your doses, so that you can get the most of them. Consistent use will season you.

  • i totally agree with your caution to moderate your smoking. Moderation is not for purposes associated with avoiding cancer or any major or minor illnesses, but for the purpose of variety. There are so many things you can experience in a week's time, and when you make smoking cannabis your bulk experience, then you can't contrast both worlds as well, because too much of your world is mystified and that world becomes boring reality.

  • I knew you were on something you sound exactly how I did when I started smoking again. Not that you don't have a point but your shit must be good. I like the part when the burrito goes off. I stopped smoking for 5 years.

  • i smoke er day

  • the fact that weed makes u feel great so your brain finds an escape to do marijuana

  • You are hilarious... very funny to watch

  • if i met you in person i would ask you to play music together. your not full of shit. smile on and creat your own non meaning. i recomend exploring magic mushrooms this same way.

  • I was thinking the same thing.

Maybe you don't know it yet,

but people like you are really rare in this world.

you're like a saphire in a desert of raw stones.

    Keep going your way man!

  • lol its funny watching you while ur high :P

  • the reason that it doesnt cause cancer is because they believe that it kills the cells before they can turn to cancer cells

  • but thats not true it doesnt kill cells at all but it can help them prevent them into forming into cancer cells

  • This is a preyty cool experiment , I've considered trying it myself although I must point out that even though some sort of metaphysical door is knocked on through substances, it is only a knock, if someone is to open is unknown, the key to that door though, lies within the distancing of tactile or consumptive perceptions. it is the solitude of our thoughts where it all may be.

  • your so stupid take the time to look at his other videos this kid will succeed in life unlike yourself

  • i hope so

  • what does it mean to succeed in life? Depends who you are. Live Reprodce and Die are the only things we have to do. We are bacteria on the largest scale

  • the other thing that got to me was how tissue soluble thc is. thc is the most fat soluble drug there is thats why it takes such a long time to leave you body. drugs like cocaine nicotine and caffeine are relatively blood soluble thc isn't it will stay in your brain for extended periods of time.

  • i think i will share with you a few things that really really bothered me about marijuana after i stopped smoking. first of all when marijuana is smoking alone about 20 percent of the thc is vapourized (get a fucking vapourizer !!!!!) the rest is cracked into thousands of other chemicals many are very poisonous. thc has some very remarkable anti cancer properties this is the only reason smokers don't get lung cancer.

  • your young and don't need that kind of fog in you mind. and what im refering to isn't something you can have any perception of while smoking you need at least a month of abstinence to become truely cognicent of the change in thought marjuana use induces. i came to a piont where i felt like i might have been developing a bit of a dependence and stopped for a 28, try it if for no other reason then because you can.

  • I respect you :]

You're a really smart kid and I have a lot of empathy for you and your thoughts .

    You're pretty cute too .

I would enjoy to smoke and have along deep conversation with you .

You just seem so easy to talk too .

  • Exactly, people don't seperate themselves from vegetables and they are plants which alter our state of being. The only difference is that plants of the cannabis family are food for our thought and THC should not be treated any differently to Omega3. This raises many questions, The best place to find the answer is to look at who profits the most from it being illegal. Let me name a few, politicians, some police, MANY large companies that control the media! Im not lying !!!! its a serious crime!!!

  • I'd love to get high with you bro, could talk about this stuff all day

  • u talk much slower and your thought are much more informive.

  • .... that drug free world bs is the add that came up with the video "they just said one hit and then i did crack" ...... god this agitates me

  • its just about feeling better. why has the sacred plant lasted to this day? it is the best stress reliever known to man kind. our own brain emits the same chemicals * cannabinoids* that cannabis actually gives us. great vid. good to see someone else thinking, and feeling too

  • level of insperation really depends on the quality of the weed.

some will give you a very lazy feel and some will give you a brian blast of unthought thoughts if you understand what i mean.

i too am a non ill smoker and i really enjoy your thoughts on Cannabis, its good to have positive smokers in this world.

unlike those burnouts who give it a bad name and make it out to what it is today.

  • I just lol'd so hard when you did the switch

    "aight...so...we're running this experiment..."

  • that is to say, the morphine causes stomach ulcers, not the marijuana

  • I share your feelings on this subject.

I had to quit smoking cannabis (for life-related reasons) 2 months ago after 6 years of daily, heavy use. I miss it, but I've come to realize that having a period of sobriety (even though I've smoked DMT since then several times and would eat mushrooms if I could grow them at the moment - the psychedelics won't make me fail my drug test) can shed as much insight as periods of use can. Alternating these periods is the trick. In my life, anyway.

  • how much do you smoke when you smoke?

  • the independent variable....some very nice weed.

    lmao

  • Lol you were so proud of that burrito.

  • its called the munchies....

  • NONE of these arses have a memory,

    what was i saying?

  • college must be a stressfull place

  • i was surpised 2 hear an educted opinion that seemed very genuine

  • What if they found cannabis before morphine?

    Would that be our painkiller?

Both drugs have good and bad effect like every drug

  • I don't know who "they" refers to, but there is no if about this inquiry. Marijuana is a plant that has grown for thousands if not hundreds of thousands or millions of years (being that it grows so well in many environments and consequently has not had to evolve) whereas morphine was synthesized from opium poppies quite recently. Now, in cases of severe pain, morphine is more effective. The advantage to marijuana in this case is that chronic use has less severe side effects (like stomach ulcers)

  • I smoke everyday and maintain a master degree. come back home from work , smoke and relax, then go to bed.

  • interesting! but i think you're somewhat justifying the use of cannabis. i agree, its ok to smoke a few times in a week especially when you dont have an important task ahead of you. am a smoker myself but only do two to three times a week. your experiment was funny to me cos your eyebraw seemed heavier in your facial espression after you've had a smoke. but i did enjoy the video.

  • ur no smoker if u smoke thrre times a week u fool

  • who gives a fuck what you think dickhead!!!!!! GO FUCK YOUR MOTHER ASSHOLE!!!!

  • The More you mess with the Goverment The More IT Can Mess With Your Freedom (think im right give me a Thumbs Up :) Legalize it

  • smarter than you i bet

  • If you want to keep your life interesting , you need unsureness. We can only ride this crazy rollercoaster once, at least as the being we know ourselves now.

  • hahahahahaha hold on my burritos are ready. you are an intelligible man i must say.

  • To all the little fag wannabe smokers weed is not bad for you and is not addictive so shut the fuck up.

  • you will never get it legalized by lying in the opposite extreme of the drug warriors.

inhaling smoke is not healthy. period. problem isn't the THC, its what comes with it.

THC is addictive. don't start the "psychological" argument, that doesn't make sense. the withdrawals are milder than ANY other drug...but they ARE withdrawal symptoms.

    legalize it? yes.

    but completely harmless? no.

we all should try being honest about it, if just to stand with honor in the face of tyrannical laws.

  • Very well put arfmcarf

  • i forgot to mention that i have experience with withdrawals from the stuff.

loss of appetite...inability to sleep soundly for a few weeks...mild depression...no super strong cravings like other things...i still can't quit tobacco for example :(

very mild and not life-threatening, though. if you want to quit, you can.

if you want some REALLY "fun" withdrawals...try to stop drinking coffee..."OW MY HEAD IS GOING TO IMPLODE ON ITSELF LIKE A TIN CAN!!!" sums up the feel caffeine withdrawals. ha.

  • caffeine withdrawel is fucking brutal you can't think and get terrible headaches. that shit should be illegal ! lol

  • funny thing is many tried (&failed) prohibition on coffee throughout history.

    a few notable examples:

imams tried banning it in muslim world.

governors/noblemen tried to ban it in europe.

they'd claim it corrupted moral character, sign a law, and then send soldiers to destroy coffee supplies/paraphenalia and arrest business owners who sold it. you could get busted if you had a pot/cup with residue in it in some cases.

what is gov't fascination with waging war on its own citizens over plants?

  • smoke weed everyday comrade

  • Smoking weed everday is like fucking an aids infested hooker, you may not notice the negatives right away but in the long run you'll be in for a nasty surprise. Stick to moderation, like this guy said 2 times a week is good.

  • how do you know that, im pretty sure you are just guessing

  • Are you positive

  • no, im just wondering if you have an scientific reasons to back what you say up

  • "TheShoeFactory" Hey man i totally feel you man :),i just quit cuz i was starting to become shizophernic.... :o i was going insane in my mind, hearing people calling my name trapped in my mind confused and feeling alone.then i started going 2 a mental hospital and getting therapy and medications..now im good and back on track...thats what i call an overdose on cannabis.

  • what really it sounds like bullshit.

  • lol re re re

  • That burrito sounds really good, and too much of it can make you feel fat and lazy. Moderation may be a solution where a minute amount like with anything can help you keep going. But, if you're strung out, resting through indulgen may be a solution to rest to get back your deep inspiration. But, who knows:P Or, life wouldn't be fun without it's mysteries and wonders, like with relationshipis?:P

  • weed is the gravity for our awareness when we start to float into our minds too much, the place where we create our own hell

  • I think i'm on the path you have taken, but an earlier version, I'm going fucking crazy inside my own mind. I wish I never got to the level of consciousness I'm at, I quit smoking and I still have flashbacks of a break into reality or something, I don't know what to do, maybe I have a dormant mental illness.

I just cant take my mind off things I can never understand, the universe, afterlife, life, what all this is and means.

Did you ever feel like this?

  • i'm right with you man, your not alone. you just have to get used to it and adapt to it and try to move on.

  • matt, do you think it might be the type of weed your smoking for your transitions between being lazy and then being very creative? it might be that when you smoke indica you become lazy because that's what the indica strain does it makes you relaxed and very tired however, most report that when they smoke sativa they get a rush of energy and creative thought processes which seem to just flow through them.. I dont know just a thought (:

  • I like this video. Respect to the maker, and the open monologue he set up.

This is a powerful herb. It is beneficial though, but powerful. If you look good at the leaf of the Cannabis there is a stingy message in it. Saying: I am useful, but use sensible! Getting up in the morning and the first thing one do is smoking, not my cup of tea. Cannabis is the healing of the world.

  • my reason i get high is so i can eat, il been smoking weed to much for to long, and cant eat with out it! does my head in, il be hungry but my body wont take any food in, then when i have a smoke, il eat all i want:( I NEED HELP LOL

  • yeah me too I got like 250 Euro a month on weed that I buy in coffeeshops at the dutch border (The Netherlands). I need to start growing my own weed to save money.

Amnesia Haze, White Whidow, Super Skunk,... that's the shit I like to blow.

A friend with weed is a friend indeed :-)

    Greets

  • I am going to make a video of marijuana... please watch it, and try not to let ego win when you are high... food is ego.

  • you say spacing out smoking to every other day is what would be best...but time doesnt exist my friend. Its the information you put into your brain between the smokes is what matters. What it does to me is uses all of my energy that my body has. the perfect pattern would be learn something new, go to sleep smoke weed. learn something new, go to sleep, smoke weed. while you are sleeping... you are tapping into the global ideas that exist about what you have just learned as well. Thank you.

  • you look like reese in malcolm in the middle.

  • you came back looking so stoned lmao

  • Smoke weed!!!

  • You are a smart man. I appreciate that you think for yourself instead of letting others feed you ideas as most americans do, even though it is easier. People that make comments like the person under me should realize that they are just relaying messages, without even putting them to the test. I hope more people realize that cannibis doesn't make people "stupid". People actually make themselves stupid (unless they are actually mentally handicapped) by eating whatever ideas are fed to them. Kudos.

  • weed dulls the mind

over time you will make no progress

people who are drug free will make progress over time.

like looking a company in the stock market, the bad companies go down & down over time & the good companies go up& up over time. u will be that bad company until you quit

  • mtallicuhh, that statement isn't completely true. According to research, the people that are employed in career jobs that use cannabis take less sick days, have a higher level of overall work efficiency, and on average cost the company less money.

  • Dude, those 3 lame reasons aren't good enough to convince me I should inhale smoke??? INHALE SMOKE!!?? think about that? Humans were designed to drink water, eat food, and inhale air, smoke is like the opposite of air, that is completely un-natural. One way pot heads defend weed, they say "Its natural man, it grows from the earth, its 100% all natural" I say, yeah it grows natural, i'll give you that. But for a human to light it on fire, and inhale the smoke is Obviously un-natural, see comment2

  • DUDE STFU DRINKING ALCOHOL IS LEGAL AND ALMOST 100X WORSE THAN WEED. PPL ON HARD DRUGS DONT GET IN AS MANY ACCIDENTS ALCOHOL CAUSES SO MANY MORE PROBLEMS. I see these dumb ass anti-weed commercials when there is NO anti-alcohol anti-meth anti-crack commercials. weed is such a scapegoat. weed is actually a good drug look at all the countries where weed is legal, THEY DONT GET INTO ANY WARS amsterdam canada ect WEED IS SAFER THEN PRESCRIPTION MEDS, ALCOHOL, AND EVERY SINGLE OTHER DRUG ADMIT IT

  • dude... calm down bro.. just calm... down..... If weed isn't a bad thing, than why compare it to something bad? hahaha if weed is so innocent, than compare it to something innocent, not weed Vs. Crack, Weed vs. Meth? Try weed vs. Lemonade? Weed Vs. Junk food? Weed Vs. Football? Weed will always lose bro. Also, They do have anti meth, alcohol commercials, youtube them... And fyi bro, almost everyone who is addicted to heavy drugs, was a pot-head first. I tryed heavy drugs, but weed was fist!

  • well if they are addicted to heavy drugs, wouldn't it be silly to skip something as innocent as cannabis in the beginning? It goes without saying. You don't actually think that :) these hard drug users wouldn't know first premises such as cannabis tobacco and alcohol? I feel confident that it's rather an unfolding for these people.

  • Yeah and all these hard drug users that started with cannabis also started with water and food. you going to tell me there's a link between that? :) I say some people are at greater risk for cannabis in the beginning if they use hard drugs in the future though it cannot be said that those who first used cannabis had a higher chance of taking hard drugs. so i see no connection, though i do see trends, such as culture rages.

  • Comment part 2, Also I am 21 years old, I started smoking weed at age 11, I quit at age 20, I am 1 year & 3 weeks sober for the first time in my life. And I can tell you, from examining very closely, both sides, that Smoking Weed was nearly the worse decision I have ever made in my entire life! I completely regret it, if I could go back I would. The feeling of needing something to make you feel happy is sad, after a while, you need it to feel normal, which is depressing, take it from me dude, sad

  • mtallicuhh, I never asked you to smoke weed, I was just responding to your false statement. I know that inhaling smoke is unnatural, and while weed may have ruined your life, that isn't necessarily the case for other people. I smoke weed about once a week, and at the same time I retain good grades, and a stable social life, see comment 2

  • So if I was to argue like you, basing my argument off a single sample of a population, I would say that smoking weed will get you a 3.8 grade average, a 2100 on the SAT, and a wholesome social life. This obviously isn't the case for everyone. I don't know why you ended up the way you did, but I'm guessing it had to do with how often you indulged :D I think the key to retaining a healthy life is moderation, its worked for me atleast

  • you obviously dont smoke weed so how do you know, shut it

  • Uh, if you start smoking pot every single day(Especially the good shit)for a considerable amount of time, and try to quit abruptly, you will find all the anxiety it takes away comes back to bite you in the ass. Is it truly addictive? I dont know. But I'll tell you this, Ive been wanting to quit herb for a while now and can only get to the 3 week point(rarely) then I give in to my cravings.

  • Try smoking like 5 times a week and bringing it down to very occasional use. And don't watch youtube videos about pot either =P.

  • fucks sake man, i've been thinking the same exact way as you.

I also enjoy smoking with my friends as well

But i often question its affects on my life, positive or negative

I think the key is moderation

  • i noticed some sort of binaural beats, but it could of been the holosync cds i have been listening to. Marijuana is not addictive especially if you smoking up 3 times a week. If you smoked up every day all you would do is build up a tolerance and that is why you dont get so high.

  • weed is addictive, just because you don't get sick physically doesn't mean your not addicted, what about gambling addicts, it's addictive and it gives no physical withdrawle symptoms.

  • anything that consumes a person time and they struggle to escape the situation

    has a addiction

whether addiction is physical or in the mind

    addictions are real

all the talk about addictions vs non addictions wont change the reality

    that

addictions are possible and they do happen

but it does not mean they cannot be conquered completley. Withdrawl can happen whether or not the addiction is physical.Everyone is different.Noone is 100 percent the same.

    patterson

  • if you are going to speak serioursly.. dont smokeweed before...ass

  • if your going to comment on someones video, know what the fuck you're talking about. He didn't smoke until around halfway through the video.

  • Bah - religous cannabis use is bogus if you ask me. Medical use on the other hand is where the real science and anecedodal effects are. I use cannabis for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and some joint pains, and really i find it to be quite effective . Obviously cannabis doesnt numb the pain like Narco's do.

Maybe you didnt realize you are self medicating ??? Im not sure about the state you live in- but cannabis can be RECOMMENDED IN CALI for MANY more medical problems than you mentioned.

  • Dude, you remind me of me.

I get the exact same. I love the analysis and philosophy of living/life, but I've found that its driven me nuts over the years. I think its because I try to keep track of it. Somehow I feel that I need to keep a history in order to feel fulfilled. This has only served as anxiety to me though. I've come to a point where I've chosen to let go of it all. Precisely as you express in the end how no meaning is almost better than meaning.

  • hmm, very dense. I agree with you in that 2-3joints a week would be ideal.I smoke weed about once every 2 weeks, and have benefited enormously,my perception on life and the world has evolved greatly.I dont smoke to escape, I smoke to see the other side of the world, like you said, we only see half of the world, but behind the curtain is what we dont see. I use cannabis to briefly peak behind the curtain and experience what I believe is "nirvana". but too much of ANYTHING is a bad thing. moderate

  • iv been smoking for about 2 years and it is hard to quit. i smoke like 2 to 3 joints a day. i tried to stop but its just hard. so to say its not addicting is kind of closed minded. But then agian cannabis has different effect on everyone

  • Do you smoke the weed with tobacco? If yes then you are addicted to the tobacco mixed with weed.weed is not addictive,it has a psychological dependance to it but in no way is that an addiction!I smoked for 6 years everyday at least 1joint and wen i quit i found it difficult on day one, after that i never got a urge to smoke it.I still smoke tobacco to this day,i know had i given up tobacco i would of been thru hell coz that is addictive with REAL withdrawal symptoms.

  • during the time i tried to quit i had some withdrawal symptoms like decreased appetite and insomnia. i never mixed tobacco with weed.

  • Cannabis is not addictive unless TV, salt, sugar, and masturbation are also addictive. I think you had it right, flack, when you said that it has a different effect on everyone. As far as commonly ingested chemical compounds go, though, THC is the least addictive of them all.

  • i noticed a high pitch and low tone in your videos. Are those binaural beat waves, or computer interferences?

  • Haha yeah dude after 2 week u wont even think about it. TRUST ME

Its all n ur head bro!!

  • yeah it does chill you out which is good

  • hahaha mate you make me laugh too much, your entirely right though! jus when you were stoned i was laughing so much (specialy with the food). but what you were saying was good stuff, i'd love to get stoned with you we'd have the best chats.

    peace

  • You only slurr and act differently because your stoned. Many people seem to forget this. Weed is an intoxicating drug, how can you expect to behave and speak normarlly when your under the influence.

  • I've noticed the reduced appetite, nothing else however.

  • none of those are garunteed. to experience, at most, 4 of those would be extremely unlucky. plus cannabis alone is about as addictive as any sugar based drink. smoking a joint will be extremely addictive, purely because of the tobacco content. so "DONT EVEN START" is a very odd thing to say.

  • smoke every day for a few years pussy then quit and tell me how u fuckin feel
