Yeah, it's Bob - it's a demo tape. And 'Eleanor Rigby' is a famous song by the Beatles from about 1966.

Bob and the other Wailers were Beatles fans and that song particularly struck a chord with him because of its lyrics (See Timotjy White's Marley biography "Catch a Fire: The Life of Bob Marley" for more info on it.) It's a great tune; as to why exactly Bob would've given this tape after that song, I'm not sure. It might simply have been because he liked the song.
