So basically, even as a rookie, he had the skills of a S.T.A.R.S. member; and Chris only had to survive a house; Leon literally had a whole city trying to kill him.
@Sanguiluna Rookie or not rookie chris still has the better combat skills and if you have read chris' bio and what chris has gone through after the mansion you would know the "house" isn't all he ever survived(codeveronica, RE5 for example), Leon got lucky he didn't face the ultimate LOCO in Wesker as leon would most likely die in facing him.

When I said rookie I WAS TALKING about leon being the rookie, as in rookie or no rookie with great skills he still does not the equal skills that chris does, thats a fact. Leon is great in his own right but chris is an accomplished soldier and elite special forces member trained to kill, Leon would give him a good fight but in the end he does not have what it takes to beat Chris.
