I totally agree! Before I left Ottawa, I lived on Slater Street (downtown) and I found this overweight cat near a bus shelter. It was meowing non-stop. So when I got closer, the poor thing was pacing back and forth like it didn't know where to go. There also was a huge bowl of cat food and water nearby. I could tell she wasn't a stray. So I called Humane Society of Ottawa and informed them. That poor cat was in that same spot for 3 days in a row until on the 4th it was missing.

This vid is 10 min; he knew about the dogs significantly longer & pretty much did nothing. Why weren't they brought inside? At the very least drenched with tepid water, encouranged to lay in shade or fanned? You stood there like an idiot, with a camera, WATCHING them suffer & you keep referring to yourself as a hero who saved them? I think you need an ego check. Use your head better, worry less about taping & more about saving life; send a better message to your kids. Disgraceful of you.
