ive known about BCR for about a year now, and been watching your videos for a day now. saw the title but didnt think this video would be related to them... awesome!
First we destroy their natural habit..their home..then we will do the same with ours....intelligence may have gave us the #1predator position but its a double edge sword that can bring us to our own fail.
it's sad that these creatures have to be caged up, but with these animals diminishing numbers, it may soon be the only way to see one is in a zoo, or some other habitat.
don't be so negative, they managed to raise wolf numbers in the USA from endangered to a healthy population.Nice video tho,i like the leopard and the tiger.
Yes, but this is because wolves can rear more young than cats. Have you ever seen a cat with more than 2 cubs? Even so, 1 usually dies simply because it was too small or was hunted by predators. Wolves travel in packs, and always have a male around when they are in heat. Cats do not. They travel alone, along with their diminishing number, lowering the pregnancy rate. I would also think that the hunting is easier in a wolf pack, in a forest with an overpopulation of deer, than solo in a jungle.
i've seen a cheetah who raised 4 cubs and another cheetah who had 5 cubs! Also a leopard who raised 2 cubs, but this is an exceptional case,as the leopards usually manage to raise 1 to adulthood.
That's like my job in Emergency Medicine: most people don't last unless they don't mind what they see. Or have my extreme stimulus for staying, that I want to comfort patients and their families like the EMTs comforted ours when my sister had a medical emergency that nearly killed her.
Everytime I see big cats, I can't help but think how cool it would be to co exist with them, to have them as friends. But for now, my little cat Masey is all I can handle! Oh, how much food do these guys eat every day? I would imagine ALOT.
why would people harm such great animals..im not even a huge animal lover but i would never do that i sware i wanna hunt humans sometimes..put them out in the wild naked lol and chase after them on atv;s

Very nice video. Hoping this way is in order to keep the species which disappear such as the lynx.

My sister was an EMT for Superior Ambulance here in Chicago for years and years. My hat goes off to what you all have to do and see day after day.

That is an ocelot. We have a handful living here in Texas but most of their population is in Central/South America.
