@exophobe Hey, I usualy start with a color shape and then I create layers for almost everything. at least one layer for the shadows and one for the brightness/reflections. This process it works for me but maybe you find an easier and/or faster process! try to invent.
nice design, looks like you should sell some of them to certain companies, so you can put up your feet for a couple of years, obv a design like that would never go into production, it would always stay an idea car if you like..... anyway good drawings and get in touch with me so you could teach me how to design cars like you and we could in away work together
AWESOME!!! I agree, SEND YOUR DESIGN TO CHEVY!!! I've just started using Sketchbook Mobile on my iPhone 4. Awesome App indeed!! Just wish I had your talent!! I'm playing around with using layers, at this point. Also learning to "finger paint" is all kinds of fun after years using pens, pencils, & brushes. I'm thinking about getting a Pogo Stylus though, primarily for fine details. BTW, how many layers did it take to complete your design? Thnx!!
Consider adding door handles the next time... Overall pretty awesome.

@cuberone I'm noticing what seems to be a less than conventional labeling scheme for your layers, was kind of curious how it works into your process.
