i found it a week after i got the game just put the knit hat on your dog it can be any breed and change you clock to the lucky clock then you will get it it's only worth 3.60!

The trick is to get a dog that has unlimited walks then go to all the question marks on the page and you get alot of gifts and nintendogs owner says there is always a special dog book in one of them you just have to be Lucky and pick the right one.

yes , you can sell the book . it's pretty much worthless anyway , you can't read it or anything , it's just another item in the Etc. section of your supplies list . you can sell it for $3.50 .

u can get more trainer points by leaving the brush on your nintendog when your brushing them just set it on them and leave it alone it gives u more points

i think that your supposed to get the jack russell book at a certain amount of trainer points becuz when i got the fireman's hat it was around 20,000-25,000 trainer points and my friends got it at 23,000 trainer points
