Interesting point in this video about the lag. :)
This is a wii running the snes game right? I think that's correct but the tags don't mention it. Emulators on the pc can lag too but this can be overcome with hardware horsepower and changes in configuration. So really it seems that nintendo's own emulator (on the wii) isn't the best there is? You'd think they'd be the best.
I'm glad I saw that in this video because it makes me wonder about how well the non-gamecube compatible wii-u will emulate.

@RaikouRider Thanks for the info. I guess maybe they pushed the limits of the snes with this game. Maybe one can consider that value for money. Mind you, if it only happens on this DKC3 cartridge, rather than any other DKC3 cartridges you've used with friends, it may be something to do with the cartridge. I don't own one, so I don't know if it has a replaceable save game battery built in. I've seen some gameboy color cartridges like that. Causes all sorts of issues like crashing & save problems.

I remember the original story of this. You had a tape ready and everything, but it got recorded-over or something. Anyway, alright start thus far. I tried something similar way back when in DKC2 but dropped the run because of multiple deaths.
