  • what body fat % is this?? this is a good look imo easier to maintain too i bet

  • How long I must train to get this body?

(16 years old, 2 trainings in week)

  • Uh...... BAR BELL hammer curl? Im no expert but im pretty dam sure its called a DUM BELL hammer curl.just saying.

  • Nice peaks dude. Maybe I should take hammer´s in my routine to let´em come up as yours.

  • Creatine/Whey Protien is the best for building muscle. Steroids = Liver/Problems when your older.

  • @dan13718 supplements? creatine is a supplement, its also in your food too. i agree roids are for pussys, but creatine/preworkouts ok

  • Good for the beach ,,not for the stage ,,,

  • @MrGriffin615 stage is steroids this is natural

  • you meant DB hammer curl not a BB hammer curl??

  • você não é nada seu magricelo. precisa pegar fotos de outras pessoas para chamar atenção para você. se orienta rapaz!

  • go to sleep please , drink some milk , it does a body good

  • America

  • I think i've got the same bodybuild as you, i've been training for a year now, and i am well on way to begin looking like you, i just need to lose some fat and add little bit more muscle:D Keep on the good work(Y)

  • Interesting, I thought hammer curl worked the forearms.

I usually to the concentration curl to hit the brachialis.

  • You mis preportions of your mussles. Just looks wierd

  • Your toned... want a cookie?

  • Interesting dude, I will try this when I work out arms! BTW, what accent is that you have?

  • Comment removed

  • i am definitly missing out on a few inches of the various volume uses of my arm

  • ugly body

  • i have to ask you, how long have you been training?

  • massive????

  • wot a pointless video

  • training the brachialis is the secret why the bizeps of arnold schwarzenegger looked so round and big without even flexing it.

if the brachialis is developed, it pushes the bizeps up so that it looks bigger.

  • @nokia3210fuck no, but when u train in such way, u train the brachialis AND the upper part of the bicep. no muscle is pushing another one. peace.

  • @k9r100

the brachialis is located under the bicep muscle, so it's true what he said

  • @PornobrillenAli the brachialis doesnt go that high to the upper part of the bicep so as to "lift" the bicep. it goes lower to the arm. so the pump you see on your upper part of ur bicep after your doing hammer curls, is just the bicep.

  • very good build but i think u need to put a bit more on ur triceps

  • congrats to that u chosed natural bb.good job.

  • lifting makes u slower :<

  • @MrSuperMarek not neceserally. if u do good cardio and streches u can be as agile as normal ppl. ofc u cant go on to a martial art like wushu, but u can still retain ur agility.

  • @k9r100 Normal" people? Normal people are sedentary and VERY inflexible. Contrary to popular belief, and using JCVD as an example, body builders (even the huge ones) are quite flexible (even without martial arts), for it pays off and makes for better muscle gains and recovery.

And MrSuperMarek's ignorant comment of lifting makes you slower, it's quite the opposite, muscle makes for power and speed.

Luimarco knows what he is doing, for his mind is the sculptor, and his body the sculpture.

  • @dannyjingu normal ppl meaning normal ppl who train for agility. and no if u do bodybuilding u cant be a successful martial artist, like a kung fu master. u can be a boxer, but martial arts like the asian ones where made for light and small ppl, not huge bodybuilders. you need a lot more energy to move that massive arms or legs, comparing to another ones chicken legs. but we shouldnt be comparing martial arts to BB, they are two different things. nothing to compare.

  • @k9r100 I get what you are getting at, but seriously, you want to talk about martial arts and BB...look at the UFC heavy weight champ. Yeah, Brock is HUGE. Some of the past greats...Dan Severn, Don Fry, the list can go on. But your counter point I know...it's Royce Gracie, and he was in my opinion the best EVER and was a small guy.

How about we call a draw on this? We both have great point/counter point arguements.

  • @dannyjingu yeah man, i dont say that a big guy cant hit. i am talking about asian martial arts, not ufc. Where you jump high all the time, twist ur body and shit like that. i mean a bodybuilder doesnt focus on something a martial artist would. cause they are two different things. theres no point for a draw, as there is no arguement. its just a statement, that BB focuses on muscular development and good-looking, and martial arts on strength and efficiency. peace.

  • i got that body in 6 month

  • @godabasha1 good job

  • wen doing this can you also rotate your arms as you bring them up?? Or does that make it less affective

  • @yb600whp i don't recommend rotating because it will transfer the tension towards to biceps instead

  • @yb600whp it actually makes the excercise more efficient i do it standing up and rotating each arm as i bring them up.Also i dont do 10 straight reps on 1 hand then the other i do one hand after the other u dont lose tension at al if u do it right and synchronised,i can tell from my experience in the gym (5 years).anyway this technique is not wrong and it will also probably work out for u.GZ to the man in the video good technique good physique.keep up the good work

  • @konm68 it is not the same exercise. rotating lift is a combination of this lift shown on this video combined to the usual bicep curl. these are actually 3 different exercises, the hammer curl(this one), the bicep curl, and the combined(rotating) one. and alternating hands(1left, 1right), is actually good because if u train each arm alone then u let too much resting(cooling) time on the muscle. But ofcourse everyone has its own preferences in training. Peace.
