  • thumbs up if you think acoustic guitar sounds best when case is emotions :)

  • Dude awesome song selection

  • Go to songsterr for these.... its so much better than ultimate guitar

  • NO SMITHS IN THERE, I'M DISAPPOINTED...

YOU SHOULDN'T OF PUT NATASHA BED IN A FIELD IN THERE...

  • Sound of Silence should be here.

  • Sound of Silence should be here.

  • PINK FLOYD!!!

  • FUCK THE BEATLES!

  • @jkjk354 FUCK YOU!!!

  • @MrRephIex FUCK YOU!!!!

  • needs more jack johnson

  • Check out themaj1000 everybody like and subscribe

  • Really good choice of songs there! There all around my level! Already know blackbird wonderwall and hey there Delilah, but thanks! :D Boston, here i come :)

  • A few of these song are extremely hard to learn if you're a beginner.

  • I turned it off when Green Day appeared. Fucking shite band.

  • All shit

  • No stairway?

  • GO TO .CHORDIE.COM TO FIND ACOUSTIC GUITAR CHORDS FOR SONGS!!!!!!!

  • coooool vid, great song love it ;-D

    thank you for posting x

what other songs do you like?

  • rise against in my heart!

  • Green Day is the best, that's why they're #1 on the list [: Great job(: Nice songs

  • I recall my brother learning by playing, "smoke on the water", "heart of gold" and "dust in in the wind". He's not famous but he sure plays great tunes these days.

  • These are beginner? C'mon. Blackbird is not for beginners dude.

  • At first look, I thought I saw a fat Umpa Lumpa at 2:00...xD Great songs though!

  • Time Of Your life EASY

  • I Like Your Style

  • Rise Against<3

  • neil young ftw

  • check out my acoustic jams y'all!!!!

  • creep and nothing else matters???????

  • what was the first song (the intro)

  • Great taste!! I included most of these songs in my videos

  • Place called home. by Kim Richie is a great beginner song that moves folks to tears.

  • Dee by Randy Rhoads is also a great song.

  • Only disagreements would be More than a Feeling, Blackbirds and Tears in Heaven just because beginner/ intermediate are all the rest but these 3 are probably for a rookie quite hard

  • This is a great little compilation of songs, i'd say that i'm about an intermediate guitarist and i find all of these songs very easy to play

  • I've been playing for almost 3 months now and I can play 'Knocking on Heaven's Door' - Bob Dylan, 'Where did you Sleep Last Night' - Nirvana covering Lead Belly, 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' - Joy Division, and 'Hurt' - Johnny Cash covering NIN

All songs are easy enough if you really want to play them and put in the time.. I think. It's no use just sticking to the songs that only use chords and strumming/picking patterns you know... you'll never improve that way

  • I have only ever heard of 9 of these songs and i can play them all and ive been playing guitar 9 months. These songs are as he described, beginer to intermediete, stop giving this guy a hard time just because you cant play them, go get tallented.

  • @abooskee 3:34 its PINK floyd...not Floyd, dumbfuck

  • Led zep is anything but beginner!

  • DEFFINITELY Not Begginer Songs.

  • tears in heaven deifinateliy isnt beginner! soooo hard

  • good list.

  • Eric Clapton

"Tears in heaven " is BEST!!!

  • Where's Hotel California???? But anyways a good list..

  • @OmegATanmoY Hotel California is played on a 12 string guitar, not sure that would stop it from being on this list but hey, no one in the world has heard every single song, no matter how famous that song is

  • good shit dude good upload. xcept green gay but al the rest were O for orsum

  • what's the song of the beginning before good riddance

  • No hootie and the blowfish???

  • pretty good list,,,,,,,,,,im guessin yer a bit of a blind melon fan ?

  • gahh i love you!!! you helped me soo much!

  • Stevie Ray Vaughan - Life by the drop

  • I heard Greenday... I refuse to watch the rest of this video!

Check out HofmannsPotion if you get a minute :)

  • If you're trying to learn some good rock music and just getting into rock. Don't try these songs, they're WAY to hard. But I recommend Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. If you can't play that, you stand no chance with these songs

  • @TaintedCoil6 ...what?

  • @TaintedCoil6 These songs are not terrbibly hard. If you take a minute to read, you will notice I said they are beginner to intermediate. If you think differently, I would suggest switching instruments.

  • @abooskee . . . Wow man lighten up it's a joke, I KNOW these songs are beginner to intermediate. I was just seeing if there are some people getting into rock and learning new songs just fuck with them showing them Stairway to Heaven :P

  • @abooskee

I think that's a horrible suggestion to tell someone just starting off. It's like you're trying to scare them off. Asshole.

  • @abooskee I think he was just stating that it would be too hard for a beginner

  • @TaintedCoil6 greenday good riddance was like one of the 1st songs i learned.. followed by wonderwall, stairway to heaven has bar chords and you think its better for beginners?

  • @TaintedCoil6

you are fucking dumb, dont know shit

  • @TaintedCoil6 like wonderwall oasis?? that is like really easy dude.. i had that song within a few minutes.. not all songs are easy but that is what was said...?

  • @TaintedCoil6 they aren't hard....

  • @TaintedCoil6

the title dosnt say 20 easiest song to ever learn on guitar he just posted 20 songs with good acoustic in it

  • @TaintedCoil6 dude., stairway to heaven is hard ass hell, it's a long ass song, and some of these are way easier.

  • Comment removed

  • @TaintedCoil6 are you kidding....? stairway to heaven is one of the most complicated songs in guitar. most of the songs in this video only have like 3 different chords.

  • @TaintedCoil6 stairway to heaven is very hard song to play ecspecially for begginers bc its finger picking and precision needs to be spot on i have touble playing it spot on and ive been playing it for 5 years

  • @TaintedCoil6 Everyone learns at different speeds I guess... I couldn't play stairway til about six or seven years into my playing (I didn't really try but I know I wouldn't have played it clean in my early playing)... but I had a lot of other songs learned that other guitar players couldn't touch... So, I respectfully disagree with you on some of these songs.. I find the Third Eye Blind, Greenday, Howie Day and Poison songs to be way easier than any Led Zeppelin.. just me though.

  • @1:44 Ringo isnt important... as usual

  • These songs are actually nice! Thanks for uploading it in here :))

  • Ha. Blackbird is about the only thing i can play properly.

This is really good man =)

  • sth from eddie vedder is grat too

  • excellent choices! i've played many of them. may i also suggest "tell me why" by neil young. . .i use it as an exercise/warm up. and for 12 string - "give a little bit" by supertramp :)

  • All great songs!!! Funny because yes they are at least medium difficulty yet at least four of them were some of the very first songs my guitar teacher taught me after learning the scales, chords, blues rhythm, etc. Thanks for the good video

  • goo goo dolls: Iris, Name?

  • uhm.. most are emo songs, though

  • @caijihong acoustic doesnt mean emo. Get your facts straight.

  • @SweetAssasination you said that

  • wow 411valerie........I don't want to live on this planet anymore

  • Stop complaining. If you really think that Over the Hills and Far Away is so difficult than don't play it. I can play it so I do. If you can't, don't. It's simple.

  • Just tuning the guitar correctly for Slide will be too hard for some lol

  • yeah some of these songs arent my kind of acoustic songs

  • thank you so much uploader, helped so much. im going camping tomorrow, running out of songs to play. im glad you took the time to do this. thanks! :)

  • where to be with you from mr big???

  • Great list! Unfortunately I only found 2 songs that I will have to look into, the rest are already in my song book. I do agree with your assessment of the songs being beginner to intermediate and great job with the video.

  • i dont regret clicking on this link at all! really found some great songs! i knew your list would be great as soon as i saw green days then goo goo dols!

  • @HolyFreak93 i regret clicking on this link! i knew your list would be poor as soon as i saw green days then goo goo dols!

  • @RockinGamma LOL well im not a big green day fan but goo goo dolls rock! i mean yes the list should have more songs like Fade to Black or even Bohemian Rhapsody cos those are the ones that can be really great on acoustic! but its still a good list to me!

  • @RockinGamma LOL well im not a big green day fan but goo goo dolls rock! i mean yes the list should have more songs like Fade to Black or even Bohemian Rhapsody cos those are the ones that can be really great on acoustic! but its still a good list to me!

  • Epic afro 17

  • lmao its funny checking off the ones I know how to play and the ones I love. none of these songs were out of those two categories.

  • really nice vid dude :D

  • thank you for the song ideas(:

and thanks for takin the time to throw this together for us beginners(:

    much appreciated!

  • Watch my video! If you want some good songs to learn on guitar.

  • dust in the wind is easy once you know the clawhammer

  • i agree with oathofodium Tenacious d kicks acoustic rock assssssssssssssss and by the way over the hills and far away is not a beginners song

  • @MrGrateful1000 i did write in the beginning that these were beginner to intermediate, none of these are past that skill level.

  • @abooskee I'm not sure over the hills is even intermediate. It's fairly complex. I know cuz I learned it lol I tried learning when I was intermediate, and it took me a long time to get it down well, like a good few months for acceptable playing, and near a year to play well enough to play at a corner. Not impossible, just not too plausible. And I generally learn songs in a day or two. Good Riddance didn't take me more than 20 minutes to perfect, so that gives an example of complexity.

  • @Mydnytefantasy89 Yeah but good riddance is easy peazy lemon squeezy! None of these songs rank in the proffessional or even difficult category. They can all be learned without too much technical effort

  • @pennthebaker yeah its a real easy song, but I tend to learn songs in a day. either way, some of these are not beginner songs, i wouldn't consider Tears in Heaven a beginner's song

  • @Mydnytefantasy89 good point.

  • @MrGrateful1000 BlackBird is not an easy song and neither is Over the Hills.. Maybe Easy for Eric Clapton....

  • @MrGrateful1000 neither is almost anything clapton plays

  • @MrGrateful1000 i love tenacious d!!!!

  • You left the best for the end! :)

  • Funny, i watched this to try and find somethin new to play. and i already know all of these songs

  • Smells like teen spirt - Nirvana (not an acoustic song but AWESOME riffs)

Wanted Dead or Alive - JBJ

Seasons of Wither - Joe Perry

    Shimmer - Fuel

Here Without You - 3 Doors Down

    One Headlight - Jacob Dylan

    One - Creed

Just a different perspective. Thanks for the video.

  • You are however, missing... Stairway to Heaven - Led Zep Sweet Melissa - Allman Bros Angie - Rolling Stones She Talks to Angels - Black Crowes Far Behind - Candlebox If You could only see - Tonic Plush - STP Black Hole Sun - Cornell I am the Highway - Audioslave Hotel California - Eagles Everlong - Dave Grohl Signs - Tesla Simple Man - Skynyrd
  • I will give you -

Wish You Were Here - Floyd

    Wonderwall - Oasis

    Slide - Goo Goo Dolls

Over the hills and far away - Led Zep

All for You - Sister Hazel (I have never learned this. At the top of my to do list.)

  • No offense. I like most of the songs you have here. Some great some just very, very good. No matter the individual, you will have disagreement as to which is in the "Must Learn" category. For shins and grins I have listed my own top 20 though they change daily or even by the minute when i have my guitar in my hands.

    In no particular order...

  • great vid man , couple songs there i hadn heard b4,and thanks for the words of encouragement lol

  • i just learned over the hills and far away

and i got blisters from hell

  • some of these songs are far from beginer.....

  • @MiserySage that would be why i said they are beginner, to intermediate.

none of these songs are by any means in the category of hard,

  • @abooskee like to see you play Over The Hills or Clapton

  • @abooskee That is depending on your skill level

  • @abooskee some of them arent even acoustic

  • rise against is for peta? people eating tasty animals?

  • what about lucky man - the verve? :)

  • Lol, already know 1, 2, 4, 7, 12, 18 and 20 ^^

  • should have everlasts what its like on here or seethers broken...

  • @montrealfan5 If you include the solo part yeah its very hard, but if not, its not so so hard to learn, i think blackbird its harder than stairway to heaven, but yeah not so easy at all :P

  • Where is Stairway to Heaven?

  • patience gnr?

  • babe im gonna leave you by led zeppelin!!

  • glad you had a good mix of older songs to

  • do full acoustic songs

  • clapton is is not for begginers

  • Same ten songs everyone else puts up...need to broaden up ur music collection...

  • Blind melon FTmonthafuckingW.
