Silence will fall if his name is known if WE the viewer ever learn the name of the Doctor, then that is the end of the show

Remember, it is the first question, the first question asked asked back on 23rd November 1963 it's hidden in plain sight the theme titles so silence will fall is the day when a writer foolishly gives the doctor a name

Remember Moffat is a fan bringing mystery back into the show (River Song as an example) and this is to remind viewers and writers alike about the tiltle

the answer acording to what i read about a series of comics following from the old series(apparently) is actually that the doctor is the reincarnation of 'the other' who was the third of the three original timelords, omega, rasilon and the other.. and the prophacy is when its asked on the fields of trensolor

I suppose silence falls when the question is asked cos nobody can say the answer. thus SILENCEEEEEE. as for the whole time war being unlocked, i guess that would make sense. but why the secrecy of his name before the time war? Since he's a time traveler. travel in the first days of the universe; someone will ask the first question of the universe; the doctor will have to answer honestly for some random reason. and all HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE
