hey what length are the short staffs you use for doubles? i spin contact at the mo so ive got a massive 160cm heavy thing, but this vid really makes me want to learn the short doubles, the throws look amazing!

Try between 1.00 and 1.15 Meter depending if you're small or tall guy ;)
