what if the person who appears to hugo in the primerie is in fact MIB.

Jacob is dead so maybe MIB can appear as jacob too. he maybe knew that by sending Said there he will be infected and will threat the temple.

ethan is probably not on the island because the island was never there for him to go to. OR in the alt. reality ethan made different decisions that ultimately lead to a different outcomes.

why do people always think of MIBas the bad guy and Jacob is the good one ...

what makes Jacob good ? why do you think Jacob didnt appear to Ben ? if Ben was working with Jacob how it comes that the Others played a negative Role at the start ???

now lets look at the MIB i mean its clear that he has the power to kill them all , and if you will tell me wait Jacob was allive lets look at the part in the priemiere after jac death he could have killed them all.

here is my opinion: we are lead to believe that MIB is the bad guy because the others have always claimed to be the "good" guys. also, jacob seems to have been clearly shown to be the protagonist in the season five finale with stories of free will, fate, and destiny.

i believe that jacob did not appear to ben because jacob wanted ben to make a decision, of which, either outcome jacob had a plan.

i think that the portrayal of the others was misinterpreted early on. the survivors were intruding and the others may have overreacted but all in good intentions, or at least, all in favor of what jacob wanted.

on your last question: i believe the MIB cannot kill people unless they do something (like shooting him first) that requires the MIB to "judge" them, however that may be.

At the begining of this video you say that the man in black can´t be at 2 places at once... but in season 5 there´s a scene where he´s talking to sun in the form of richard while acting like Locke, standing outside the house Sun´s in.

i say this because i have heard others mention it. In the first couple of seasons there is an episode with locke an he sees the smoke but says he looks into it and sees the beauty of the island. Which seems different to the time the smoke attacked him and took him down the hole. People then counter that arguement and say it was the smoke monster appearing to show beauty to locke to give him false hope and promise and use him in the game. But something evil like the smoke monster......continued

the smoke monster we seem is a person who judges everyone and takes photos of them and reads there minds to see if they have maked progress into changing, but even if people are bad and havent changed is it right for the smoke monster to kill them, this is where i see evil and his dark side. So for locke seeing the beauty and good of the island i think he may have seen white smoke of jacob, but this brings up the issue that jacob used john as well to keep him on the island in the game ...

Great review. I felt like this episode didn't really go anywhere. in What Kate DID it showed us that Kate killed her dad. in this episode she...helps claire get to the hospital? Insures that Claire raises Aaron like she was told to do by the psychic? I guess that's cool...

Well it worked. I also like the gun reviews. I know nothing about guns so it's good to hear that the producers at least trying to be as consistant as possible. Though something about temple dwelling shoe-less others with guns rubs me the wrong way. And the same goes with the elextronics and stuff Dogen has. I mean, if guns are cool, what's wrong with shoes?
