Why is it called a Pekin duck? When I see ducks like this I usually call them "farm ducks" because I've seen them on a lot of farms. Thanks!

@lmbarak they originate from china and pekin is a Chinese word like peking university they r a mix of mallard and some other form of duck they orgin from china but i dont know what the word pekin means

Pekin females are LOUD! It is so funny how they almost honk and the drakes have a classic quack.
