Not really an appropriate song for the message that the Perek Shira gives us. Lennon was a atheist of sorts and was against "religion" and belief in God. The Perek loudly proclaims the existence of a God who created us and the rest of creation with with each creature having meaning & purpose. A Godless society has no meaning, therefore no morality.
