this guys needs to hire a better writer for the shw so everything can be explained well. in cooking terms.. specially the usage of the word "GOOD".. U can describe food better than that..
hey chef, Whenever I try to make a side dish using Onion paste the whole dishes gets a bad taste even inspite of frying the onion paste , some even the paste is brown I get that SOUR taste can you pls tell me how to avoid it plsss
oh!chef today i cooked ur chiken biriany and it turned out really good. i followed all ur directions. after eating the biriany my husband said vah reh vah:))i cooked for only 3 people that was my experiment next time i will cook for many people inshallah. thank u very much. God bless u.
i try to cook last 2 sunday's but my rice is getting little dry and hard so can you tell me wht is the reason?

you've burnt your onion, thats why it taste bitter, rather than sour. Dun use hot flame, use medium and you have to keep on stirring it.

make 10 lb(bag) of rice and 20 lb of meat ,i am assuming you are cooking other dishes
