  • hey chef, Whenever I try to make a side dish using Onion paste the whole dishes gets a bad taste even inspite of frying the onion paste , some even the paste is brown I get that SOUR taste can you pls tell me how to avoid it plsss

  • you've burnt your onion, thats why it taste bitter, rather than sour. Dun use hot flame, use medium and you have to keep on stirring it.

  • make 10 lb(bag) of rice and 20 lb of meat ,i am assuming you are cooking other dishes

  • oh!chef today i cooked ur chiken biriany and it turned out really good. i followed all ur directions. after eating the biriany my husband said vah reh vah:))i cooked for only 3 people that was my experiment next time i will cook for many people inshallah. thank u very much. God bless u.
